Most of our standard furniture pieces ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders or larger modular sofas may take between 2-4 weeks depending on your location and fabric availability.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Do you offer assembly services?
Swyft furniture is designed for easy, tool-free assembly. However, we do offer a White Glove Delivery service in select metropolitan areas that includes full assembly and packaging removal.
Are your fabrics pet-friendly and stain-resistant?
Yes, many of our collections feature high-performance, easy-clean fabrics that are specifically engineered to resist stains and withstand wear from pets and children.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Swyft piece comes with a 15-year frame guarantee and a 2-year warranty on fabric and cushions against manufacturing defects.
Can I order fabric swatches before I buy?
Absolutely. You can order up to six fabric swatches for free through our website to help you choose the perfect color and texture for your home.
